Qianyu Aluminum specializes in R&D and manufacturing of high-end aluminum heat sinks. Using 6063-T5 / 6061-T6 high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy with thermal conductivity up to 205–218 W/(m·K), our heat sinks improve cooling efficiency by 15%–20% vs. standard aluminum, ideal for EV controllers, PV inverters, energy storage, industrial VFDs and high-power LED lighting.

Equipped with automatic extrusion lines, precision CNC centers and high-density fin bonding/skiving machines, we produce flat, bonded-fin, skived and heat pipe hybrid heat sinks with tolerance ±0.05mm. Surface options include anodizing, hard anodizing, black conductive anodizing and powder coating for corrosion resistance, insulation and aesthetics.
